Legendary singer SP Balasubramaniam has been in the industry for more than 50 years and still working on various projects on television, cinema and tours. Lately, his younger sister Girija passed away on 23rd August and he had to postpone his commitments.
But, rumours started making rounds on his health, citing his health as the reason for cancelling his commitments. Pained and irritated by those rumours, SP Balu took to Facebook to clarify on his health and also tell the reason for cancelling his programmes.
Celebrities do fall prey to such baseless rumours. Balu didn’t like the way his visits to doctors and cancellation of his commitments were interpreted as being critically ill. He is busy shooting for the next episodes for one of his television shows.
One must appreciate the singer for his energy at this age and how he is regularly doing one programme or the other.
