120% Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

If within 60 days of the date of your order at Lamps Plus or LampsPlus.ca, you find the identical product advertised for less by one of our competitors, we will match that price, and refund to you 20% of the price difference.

120% Low Price Guarantee pricing may not be redeemed in conjunction with other coupons, discounts or promotions. This includes but is not limited to money-off coupons, percent-off coupons, pricing offers, manufacturer rebates, bulk quantity discounts, or closeout, clearance or Rewards Member pricing. Offer does not include wholesale, contract or manufacturer direct pricing or below wholesale cost pricing. Prices listed on LampsPlusOpenBox.com are excluded. Typographical errors are subject to correction and may not be honored. Other exclusions may apply.

Price adjustments are determined by the verifiable selling price of the comparison item. Sales tax or other relevant Canadian taxes are not included in the calculation. Lamps Plus, Inc. reserves the right to determine whether competitors' products and prices reflect a true and fair comparison. In the event that an item ships for free from Lamps Plus or LampsPlus.ca but not from the competitor, shipping or handling costs may also be included in the comparison item price. We also reserve the right to not sell any product below its cost. The low price guarantee does not include the freight cost of oversized shipments. Sorry, no dealers.

Please note that our low price guarantee applies only to the exact same item from the same manufacturer with the same options. "Same" is defined as an item of the same styling and product SKU Style #, by the same manufacturer. Products must be factory firsts. The retailer must also be an authorized dealer of the product represented. The product must be a stock item, available for shipment, and not be on extended back order or production time. The price must be from a published source and/or you must have a written quote from a competitor. Wholesale, contract or manufacturer direct pricing, or below wholesale cost pricing is excluded; sale, flash sale, promotional, closeout and clearance pricing is excluded. Lamps Plus and LampsPlus.ca reserve the right to beat any price and limit quantities. Sorry, no dealers.

Pricing for certain brands with universal pricing policies can only be matched, not beaten by 20% of the difference. The 120% Low Price Guarantee does not apply to Hubbardton Forge, Schonbek, Holtkoetter, Casablanca, Craftmade, Emerson, Fanimation, Hunter, Matthews Fan Company, Minka Aire, Minka, George Kovacs, Metropolitan, Ambience, Monte Carlo, and Westinghouse brand products. Other restrictions and brand exclusions may apply.

To receive our 120% Low Price Guarantee, please collect the following information: the URL Web address of the competitor, your name and phone number, your order number, details of the product and the competitor's advertised price.
