I use uber when I become problem to find transport. Its very cool, easy and reliable. I always use single booking but I don't know the multiple booking system for my full family or relatives or friends when we are more than 4 persons. We also want to start uber Inter city service near Dhaka City like Narayanganj, Gazipur, Savar etc.

This application is undoubtedly helpful. I especially love the offers that I'm provided with. But the only thing I'd like to state is that if you could kindly look into the drivers profile, because I find out of 100 drivers 20 drivers are genuine and the rest starts behaving awkwardly only if the car is boarded boarded by female passengers. That is extremely disturbing. If you could kindly look into this matter, it would actually help us recognize that travelling with you, alone is safe and sound. Thank you!

The app it self is good, the drivers are usually good. However the customer service people are not good. They do not read your actual complaint usually, they usually send a canned response rather than reading the complaint and doing some work. Since you can only do it through Email or app you can't call someone and a have a conversation and you get different people each time when you could respond to it so you have to repeat yourself over and over again

For me it was the best taxi app till this date as I used a lot of UberPool and also I could pay using paytm. Out of nowhere a week ago my no. Starts coming invalid my email invalid as well. I try contacting, first of all they dont have a bloody customer care. They will keep sending bunch of steps which u have already done and can't come up with solution. So finally when I was done speaking he says "unfortunately for you sir you can only pay by cash no cashless transaction. I m sorry but this app needs to get worked on"

Good app overall. Useful and relatively easy to use. One thing I would love to see improved is the ability to ask a personal question regarding help. The app has decided what categories of help a user needs. If your question is outside of those bounds it's difficult to submit a question. customer service was very helpful when you call them directly

Not able to delete payment method like Paytm. What a great app... Don't use automated method of payment like paytm. It will cost you double charge or some time charge without ride. Once driver didn't not come and I also didn't cancel the ride(because it cost me 50rs). Then driver took someone else and uber charged me. What a hell experience. Now trying to remove paytm from app and it simply don't remove it.

They always take longer than the uber time says and there has been so many times I have waited for an uber that stayed in the same spot for over 5 minutes where the arrival time didn't change. The cab driver didn't answer the phone and I still got charged when I cancelled to try get another drive. Absolute joke and a complete scam!!!

Now one have to give starting and ending then it shows either some car is available or not which not only waste time but is annoying feature and as a result we shift to Cream
Good app but once u forget your password you are done! The app will not recognize you as the true owner of the account. Customer support services are annoying and irritating. For your every email they give you a list of things to do. At the end they ask you to register with another mob no. JOKE!

First of all, it is impossible to book an ubergo or uberx in Bangalore anytime and one has to book uberxl thereby paying exorbitant fees. after booking it provides the drivers some random contact number on my name which I have never used. Uber should learn to optimise their operations. I don't face such issues with Ola.
I purchased an Uber gift card about 5 time and they all worked. But recently when I purchased one I could not request a ride even though I had over $25 remaining credits in my account. My ride was only $4.18. I am still not able to request a ride. When I ask for my remaining credits I was asked to wait 30 days I do not own a car. I relied on Uber. I had missed two days of work because they told me it would be fixed as soon as possible. I managed to make it through the rest of the week. But now a whole 7 days later. I have still not received my credits. This is ridiculous

I told it where I wanted to go, expecting it would give me a place to tell it my time for pick-up, but it immediately connected me to a car. I then had to search for how to cancel it, also not intuitive. I then got charged $5 for cancelling something I didn't want in the first place. There is a way to schedule in advance but it cost me $5 to learn how.
I book an uber, then suddenly im already on a trip and the driver go to the place i wanted to go instead of picking me up. I cant cancel the trip because im already in a trip...i tried to contact the uber driver but he/she dosent respond. So, i have to wait until the uber driver arive at the wrong place then i can cancel it. Such a waste of time.
Uber was making fool in case of money. They shown diff. amount before taking the ride. and when the customers taken the ride they show the diff. fare. we dont know why are doing such things. And if i want to call at that time they do not have any contact no. so which at present time we call the customer care.

Hey Joginder, the amount shown on the rider's device is the estimate amount calculated before the trip. After the ride has concluded, the amount shown on the driver's device is the actual amount to be paid. The fare can differ due to change in routes, traffic conditions or time taken. If there's any other queries, write to us at t.uber.com/contact Uber is bad in terms of charging money they will charge you twice will deduct money from ur registered card and then when you will board a cab the driver will also ask for money. Uber never refund you unaccepted charges and after paying twice your amount will show pending and you can't book another cab till you don't clear that pending charge. Uber don't have and customer support help line nor the chat people are helpful they give unconditionally stupid and to your questions and never refund your money very bad service highly unsatisfied

Uber is never available when u actually need it. Either they ask u to wait for almost an hour and for waiting too there is a surge charge. Secondly..the drivers often ask u Ur destination before even reaching the pick up point. And only if the want they will take d trip or else they will cancel it. And u r left standing in middle of no where. Thirdly.. the surge charges are sometimes 5 times d actually charge. Uber what d hell is up with u??? Y suddenly the service has gone down to dogs!!!!!! And teach your drivers little manners n to be less arrogant.
I booked a cab one hour ago, and the cab has not yet arrived, oh i forgot there is no goddamn customer number to call up or the one that exists just says the number i entered is wrong. Just like your lame drivers you guys are lame at your service. Whom am i supposed to contact now ??? When the driver never shows up and is disconnecting my calls. Learn to run your business properly.
A little over 2 weeks ago, I would have rated UBER 5 stars. Most of the UBER driver's have been terrific in my opinion. However, for the corporate side, I rate them a "0". I have been unable to use the app. When I order an Uber, my card keeps getting declined. I have contacted my bank three times and they reported no issues with my card. I attempted to contact UBER, more than five times. To no avail, my emails keep bouncing back with an error message. And, UBER provides no phone number. I was forced to sign up with LYFT. So far, they have been very reliable. I'm using the same card that UBER kept declining. Thank God for competition.

Slow App, keeps showing that the driver location getting updated. In most cases the driver is 20 min away from the destination. Also we have to constantly try to get lucky in getting a cab... first few times esp. In the morning it doesn't spot a cab and keeps showing the message "Sorry couldn't get a cab". Very irritating. They do not have enough cars or somehow the App doesn't identify the nearest cabs.

Drivers jumping signals, rough driving. It's becoming more often that the driver drives as a Bruce Willis. On complaining to uber, I get a reply saying that the issue is resolved and action will be taken. Ever time that I book a cab, it's already in between a trip. And says that it would arrive in around 15 minutes. But in actuality, it's around 25 mins if at all the driver decides to abide by the booking. On top of this, the app does not allow me to cancel a trip, and says I will be charged for it. Why? Why should I be charged for it? I am more than willing to take the ride. It's you and the driver that delays. Why should I pay for it? All in all, it's a complete waste of time.

I am unable to make a ride by paying through Paytm. It's showing error message. Where as I am able to transect in Paytm for other things. Also I am not able to remove Paytm account from Uber app. Removing payment steps which mentioned in app, I already tried. I can't pay cash always. So please fix this issue ASAP.
I was very mush loyal Customer for last few years but recently I noticed whenever I'm trying to book a cab it is showing longest route and high fare than other Competitive Companies. Whenever hiring cab, chauffeur is getting shortest rout. Please stop making fool to your customers.

Scheduling a ride has been failing to find me a ride. I have to manually do it when I'm ready, and I'm frequently waiting 20 minutes for a ride to get to work. But if the Uber gets here before I'm ready, I'll have to pay for a waiting fee. There's times a driver will be shown maybe 5 minutes away from me, but instead, some greedy driver who's already on a fare that's 15+ minutes away will take the ride seconds after I request a ride. Other times, they're still at home - it'll take them 5 minutes just to leave their house, but I'll be charged a fee if I cancel for "the driver's time." Apparently, my time as a CUSTOMER isn't as important. I'm PAYING for a SERVICE. Uber needs to crack down on instances like these going on.

I am so disappointed with this app. I've been a loyal customer/user since 2015 and now my app randomly stopped working. I emailed the support and after 15 emails to and from them, all they said is that they don't know what the problem is and "are doing their best" to fix it. It's already been 3 weeks since the last correspondence with them and still not working. I don't have words to explain how pissed off I am. I used to ride with uber at least 3 times a week and now what??? So ridiculous...

The cars and drivers are good but the app has some issues and they've got the WORST customer service. The app gave me a fine for a cancelled trip eventhough it was the driver who cancelled it. And when I contacted the help, all they did was sending me the same message with just the order of sentences differing. They didn't even mention a single word about the money I paid towards fine. Only use this if you're ready to deal app problems on your own.

The trip fare and surge charges are subjective to demand and supply in the area at the time. It constantly changes with the rise/fall in either factors. Its like 32 rs per km but it promises 6 rs per km. I wish i could give 0 stars. I do not recommend uber to anyone, try ola thats cheaper then this or try jugnoo that is also better

After waiting for more than 10 minutes since confirmation of booking, the driver decided to cancel. It provides with no notification and to make things worse...I was billed. It says until I pay the bill for a service which I did not avail and it was not my fault that the driver cancelled without notifying
Very first time took Uber and it was awful. First of all driver said "no english". At least basic knowlegde of language communication is a must. Second, My mom was after surgery we just took a car, driver got distracted and didn't push break completely, so we bumped into another car, right there next to a hospital, thank God speed was very slow. We had to get out and take another driver. And for this ride they charged money from me, for 10 inches driving? Really?
Very very bad reponse from uber support team.. I frequently used uber services when i was not able to login to uber with the new handset.. Requested for reset my number but no response till now and not even picking the coustemer care number.. Really disspointing..

It search on map address and we have to choose adrress from options. If none of the option match with our location we are bound to select only map location. It creates issues with drivers

Minimum waiting hour to find a taxi is 1 hr or so, which is disgusting..either there are no taxis available as shown on app else u always see rates higher than usual because of high demand (as per app). If such high is demand than why not deploy more taxis? Also when we are fortunate to find a taxi, drivers would cancel it..and u will be charged cancellation fee until and unless you further request not to charge it as cancellation was made by driver. Poor services.

It is really ridiculous that u cannot contact someone directly especially dealing with money. I have $21 in uber credit and cannot request a $4 bcuz my "payment method is invalid" which is not true. I am now stranded & have no one to contact directly. It is unacceptable that they can take your money but u cannot contact someone directly when there are issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!
