Borderlands 2: Mr Torgue’s Campaign Of Carnage trailer

The second campaign DLC for Borderlands 2 is almost here, and Mr Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage brings the badass…

Following on from the Captain Scarlett DLC, Mr Torgue’s Campaign of Carnage is the next stop for those that have successfully saved Pandora from Handsome Jack and pillaged Scarlett’s not inconsiderable booty.

This time the pro wrestling-style theme revolves around Mr Torgue’s (of Borderlands’ weapon manufacturer fame) who issues a challenge to the best of the best on Pandora in order to find the ultimate badass. This is facilitated by a Thunderdome-style contest involving Torgue’s speciality, explosives, guns and lost of ‘em.

The DLC promises to add a host of new content, namely new areas, new enemies and new weapons, and sees the return of supporting characters, Tiny Tina and, the original Underdome purveyor, Moxxi.

The DLC isn’t limited to arena battles, however, and features some large new areas, such as the Beatdown and Badass Crater, and has a host of new main missions and a few side quests thrown in for good measure.

The DLC will cost £6.30 on PC and PlayStation 3, and 800 points on the Xbox 360, as well as being included in the season pass, and it’ll hit your platform of choice on November 20, so, by the time you read this.
