Information on Huddersfield Town’s viewing platform for disabled away supporters at the John Smith’s Stadium.

After receiving special dispensation from the Premier League, the Club has reduced the away capacity by 48 seats, meaning the maximum attendance at the John Smith’s Stadium will now be 24,121.

The back two and a half rows of seats in Block 6 of the Chadwick Lawrence away section at the John Smith’s Stadium has been removed to ensure that disabled supporters sat on the platform can get an uninterrupted view of the game.

This has occurred after Huddersfield Town took on board feedback from a number of supporters from the opening games of the Premier League season and the removal of these seats will give fans a better view of the pitch.

Huddersfield Town’s Operations Director Ann Hough commented:

“After taking the thoughts of supporters into consideration and being granted special dispensation from the Premier League, we were able to make these changes.

“Everyone should be able to watch football and this is the best way for all our fans to see Premier League football.”
