Alt Left Criticism: “Lindsay Has Moved Far to the Left”

In a radio interview on Robert Stark’s show with Rabbit, Pilleater and Ryan England, England remarked in a baffled tone that I had seemed to have moved far to the Left. This wasn’t really a true statement, as there really wasn’t anywhere to the Left remaining for me to move to. I would have fallen off the cliff if I did. I have always been Hard Left. I am a former member of the Communist Party USA. I used to contribute to the Weapons Funds of Latin American armed revolutionary movements like the FMLN in El Salvador. At one point, I was talking to a representative of the ELN armed group in Colombia, and I was thinking about translating some of their articles for them. I chickened when I worried that I could maybe get 10 years in prison for such harmless activity.

From 1988-1990, I was even on the mailing list for the Weather Underground! I received regular mailings from them.

That was the Weathermen, an underground guerrilla movement that took up arms in the 1960’s to fight the US government. They set off many bombs all over that country. During the period of radical activism from the 1960’s to the 1970’s, a total of 50,000 bombs were set off! I believe in 1970 alone, there were 3,000 bombs set off all around the country. And very few people were hurt or even killed, as they often set them off in the middle of the night and often telephoned in warning calls first so the area could be evacuated.

There was a very large community helping those people – I would estimate 200,000 people at the very low end. The FBI had a very hard time infiltrating the Weathermen because the community was so dedicated to them. People hid them, supported them, moved them around, gave them tips, and funded them with lots of money. A lot of rich people supported them too, especially at the universities and in the legal community. There was a whole group of lawyers who were more or less actively helping them. That was one of the reasons it was so hard to break the movement – you would have had to arrest tens or hundreds of thousands of people.

I used to subscribe to their above-ground publication called Breakthrough. It was put out by something called the John Brown Book Club, headquartered in either Berkeley or San Francisco as of ~1990. The above ground component was legal, and the underground component was illegal.

The Weathermen only killed one person accidentally in their many years of armed action. That was a chemistry student who was up all night working on something in the lab when they bombed at ROTC Headquarters at the University of Wisconsin. Some cops were killed in a bomb attack in Berkeley at Police Headquarters, but I do not think the Weathermen did that. The Weathermen were not the only maniacs running around setting off bombs back then. There were all sorts of groups doing that.

Unfortunately the Weathermen got in with the radical Blacks of the Black Liberation Army and some others and in 1980, they held up an armed car and killed one of the drivers. They got a lot of money, but I did not approve of that action. A couple of them were caught. Afterwards there were raids on Weathermen hideouts all over the US. The FBI mostly found nothing. I remember in one raid in New York City, the Weathermen had left so quickly that burners were left on on the stove. Obviously they had sympathizers inside the government and even law enforcement who were tipping them off to the raids. They why they usually were already gone before they got raided.

Hunter Wallace on the Charleston Shooting

Here.

Yes, Mr. Wallace is a White nationalist, with all of the problems that that entails. On the other hand, he doesn’t want to kill all the Jews. He was horrified that a colleague with a radio show was actually advocating such a thing and he broke off all contact with him. For Wallace, mass murder or genocide was a bridge too far.

He comes from Alabama, with the mindset prevalent among Whites in that area. In fact, he comes from an interesting part of central Alabama called the Cotton Belt. If you follow the Cotton Belt through the South, you will notice that a large number of the Blacks in the South are congregated in this somewhat narrow swath through the heart of the South. This was the heart of the cotton-growing region of the South. Of course, huge numbers of Black slaves were used to work on this crop. After slavery ended, many of the Blacks never moved away, and even today, the Cotton Belt remains the heart of the Black community in the Southern United States.

As far as White nationalists go, Wallace is rather tame. One thing I always did like about him is that he is a fine writer. He is one of the best writers to ever come out of that movement. I dare say he is a better writer than I am. I know there are people who write better than I do. It is a bit painful to talk about them, but it’s always nice to have people to look up to, our betters whose skills we can aim to approach or meet.

This article is absolutely excellent. Of course he does not support the mass shooting in any way. Actually he condemns all of the White nationalist terrorist attacks that have taken place in recent years, along with mass murders of Whites by Blacks (yes there have been a few) and other assassination attempts and mass shootings. He tries to find that the ties that bind all of these disparate shootings together, and I think he got somewhere.

He also throws in Bruce or Caitlin Jenner and Rachel Dolezal, the woman who is breaking the frontier for the newest insanity that I assume the Cultural Left will now be promoting – transracialism. I am serious – I fully expect the Cultural Left Freakshow to start promoting this fairly soon. After all, if you can choose which gender you are – today I am a man, tomorrow I am a woman, then gender is as fluid as your choice of socks.

If this is Wednesday we must be in Paris and I am agender, if this is Sunday, it must be Vienna and now I am a bigender, if this is Friday, it must be Madrid and I am now pangender. Deciding what gender to be is becoming like drawing straws – short straw gets to joyously change his gender today, long straw has to stay their birth gender and suffer alone.

Well if we can choose our gender, why can’t we choose our race too? Why not be transracial? Why can’t a Black man identify as White? Why can’t I be Black anyway? I’ve always wanted to be Black. Why can’t a Polynesian choose to be a Pygmy? Why can’t an Aborigine say he is an Eskimo?

Surely if gender is as fluid and changeable as the Lunatic Left says it is, then race should be a choice too, no?

What could possibly tie all of this together? Fantasy ideology, Wallace says, quoting from another work. I think he is onto something here. Good thinking.

Is the US Responsible for Her Own Problems?

noneofmany writes:

Most of these entities would have came into existence in some form or another without our involvement anyway.

The conceptual basis of Al Qaeda was first formally proposed and created by an Egyptian Arab long before The Afghan and Iraq wars. Even the Israeli conflict was nascent when the idea being fermented. At the time the Arabs weren’t powerful enough to seriously persecute distant cultural groups like they once had, but the plan was there. Just about the only thing that changed over the years was the switch to guerrilla tactics when they realized conventional wars favored powers like the west and the USSR.
Maybe what happens on the Korean Peninsula isn’t our business, but we didn’t create the North Korean government. The reds outright invaded the country and tried to force them to accept the most extreme form of Stalinism ever created, and to literally worship the Il family. We defended the south and the north and Chinese weren’t able to seize it. Saying we created them is like saying that we created a divided Europe by rejecting Nazism. Also, China was the workhorse of the project to keep north and South Korea separate since it’s inception. Now, younger Chinese leaders view supporting North Korea as a mistake, and want a unified Korea ruled by the South Korean government/US alliance.

As for pollution. Feh! The us creates a lot of carbon pollution but the third world creates all sorts of pollutants that are even worse. Third and second world countries have also repeatedly opposed even the most trivial environmental protection measures as a voting block. I’ve even seen cases where corporations in south east Asia and New Guinea were so shocked by how callous the locals were with water contamination and erosion that they ended begging the government to let them take some extra time to do some very basic mitigation procedures. They were told they would either do it fast or they could fuck off and the Chinese would be brought in. The developed world uses a lot of carbon, but in the long term there other power sources. Over populated third world shitholes that dump industrial toxins directly into the rivers of their natural parks will always be screwed.

Also. If erosion of civil liberties causes terrorism then why don’t countries like China or Singapore (or North Korea) have lots of domestic terrorism?

If domestic terrorism is our fault for our oppression, doesn’t that make our involvement in Asia and Middle East their fault? Considering their near total denial of things like civil liberties and brutality to dissenters.

Who is this Egyptian? Qutb? He never proposed Al Qaeda.

Nor did Zawahiri, but the roots of it did come out of Egyptian Islamic Jihad. What happened was after 1980 much o the the now-radicalized Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood went to Saudi Arabia because they were thrown out of Egypt. Also the now completely radicalized Syrian Muslim Brotherhood went to Saudi Arabia too after Hama in 1983. There they became religion teachers and the MB activist philosophy along with Wahhabism (which at the time was quietist, but become militant when infused with MB activism) started to progress this thinking. But really all of this got started with the Afghan jihad. It was the first real international jihad and this is what started the real Al Qaeda which was formed by Zawahiri, an Egyptian, and bin Laden, a Saudi (see Egyptian-Saudi combustion in Saudi Arabia above). It was only formed in 1989 or so.

There is no way on Earth that any Chinese leaders want a Korea ruled by the US and South Korea. Are you kidding? That is US propaganda.

The North has been trying to settle this mess forever. Both sides are still officially at war. The US is officially at war too. The US wants that situation on a permanent war footing and they do not want to settle it or even have a peace treaty. They want to keep this is a virtual hot war trigger all this time. Also we have been threatening them with nukes forever, which caused them to get nukes. The North Koreans would like some sort of a peace treaty, but the US wants war, so South Korea goes along.

The thing is that it is the US and the West, mostly the US, who has blown up this climate crisis and that is the biggest problem facing us right now. The Third World didn’t blow up the climate. The West did, and not only that, but the US refuses to fix it.

US corporations have been horrific polluters over in SE Asia and New Guinea, especially in New Guinea. There is a mining company called Freeport McMillan that has ruined the whole country. If you go against them, they have you killed. And they pollute like nuts. This whole thing about US corporations dying to put in some pollution controls must be some sort of a sick joke.

What good are other sources than carbon when the climate blows up? What good will they do then?

Also. If erosion of civil liberties causes terrorism then why don’t countries like China or Singapore (or North Korea) have lots of domestic terrorism?

I agree that was a lousy argument.

How to Create Your Own Problems

Create a problem, then declare war on it. Fund massive defense spending dollars and send lots of soldiers to fight the problem you created = brilliant strategy.

Looks like we are the cause of every one of our own problems, how about that?

French Anti-Terror Operation Not Going as Planned

Via the Saker:

A source of mine with links to French police services has told me that the French Ministry of Internal Affairs had created a hotline to report terrorists. About 50% of the messages they got were “Allahu Akbar!”.

LOL, definitely not what they were thinking of when they set up that hotline.

French Civil War: The Counteroffensive

Here.

From January 8-13, there were 21 shooting and grenade attacks against Muslim buildings in France. That means three shooting or grenade attacks a day. Three attacks a day is what a lot of low grade insurgencies around the world carry out. There were also 33 cases of threats and insults, not that that matters.

What this is starting to look like is the insurgency in Palestine. There are regular low-grade attacks in the West Bank, often rock or Molotov cocktail attacks on Jews or Jewish motorists. Now and again there are some shooting attacks. There are knife, shooting or car (driving them into pedestrians) attacks inside Israel on a fairly regular basis. An argument has been made that there is no civil war in France because most of the attackers are lone wolves, but a lot of the shooting and knife attacks on Jews in Israel, especially Jerusalem, are also by lone wolves. If there’s no insurgency in France, then there’s none in Palestine either.

The two men shot dead in Belgium were fully armed and part of a large network. They had extensive plans for a huge attacks on mostly police and Jewish targets. Like the Charlie Hebdo attackers, they were dressed in all black. As you can see, they are even starting to wear uniforms now. Attackers are regularly armed to the teeth with military grade weaponry, bulletproof vests, support teams on the ground and fighters have high-grade military training.

All of this resembles the IRA insurgency in the north of Ireland (there is no such thing as “Northern Ireland” – there is only Ireland and the north of Ireland).

Massive sweeps of possible terrorists were made all over France and Belgium, and 700 possible terrorists were rounded up. Such huge roundups of possible terrorists are only made in nations experiencing some sort of insurgency.

As you can see above, the other side is armed too (sort of a paramilitary outside the state as with the Protestant paras in the north of Ireland), and they seem to be armed with military grade weapons, a good support network and possibly good training. How else did they pull off 21 attacks in seven days without being taken down completely?

France has now put in a crazy new law called “apology for terrorism.” Such laws are only passed in nations experiencing an insurgency. Peru had a similar law during the war against the Shining Path. Even anti-Sendero author Gustavo Gorritti was arrested under this crazy law. The legal attorneys for Senderistas, doing 100% legal work, were regularly arrested and tried as terrorists, though there was no evidence for this other than their representing anti-government guerrillas during a civil war. A number of them were imprisoned and some were tortured to death by the “Peruvian democracy.”

I have never liked these insane laws as they seem to be vague and against the very principles of freedom of speech that France hypocritically claims to be defending. I guess France believes in freedom of speech, sure, freedom of some speech – speech that supports the position of the French state.

“Racism Is a Thing of the Past”

Well, if Republicans says it, it must be true, right. Welcome to post-racial America, where no one sees color anymore.

NAACP office bombed in Colorado.

Reality check.

I guess it adds up though. Colorado Springs is like White Nationalist Central. It’s also full of Protestant fundamentalist religious kooks. Coincidence

Millions Are Leaving Islam Every Year

Repost from the old site.

It seems to be an article of faith that Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world. Another dubious fact is that Islam is the largest religion on Earth. Research shows that in fact Bahaism is the fastest growing religion on Earth, not Islam. True, Bahaism is a small religion compared to Islam, but facts are facts.

Well then, Islam is the biggest religion in the world then, correct? Apparently not. Wikipedia gives a worldwide Muslim population figure of 1.4 billion . Wikipedia also indicates that there about 2.1 billion Christians on Earth. That makes Christianity significantly larger than Islam.

Another “fact” that gets tossed around a lot is that Islam is so dangerous because it proselytizes so aggressively, and leaving Islam is so dangerous that “hardly anyone leaves Islam”. It is true that leaving Islam can be dangerous in many Muslim-majority lands. But as we will see, many Muslims convert to Christianity in Russia and sub-Saharan African countries with non-Muslim majorities with little or no problems.

In recent years, according to Roman Silantyev, executive secretary of the Inter-religious Council in Russia, an incredible 2.5 million Muslims have converted from Islam to Orthodox Christianity in Russia, while only 2,500 Orthodox have converted to Islam (Orthodox Christians are less likely than the non-Orthodox to leave the flock).

Silantyev said that most of the converts are Muslims by birth who were non-practicing, while Muslims who regularly attend mosque rarely convert. He said that the conversions happen not so much due to proselytization but instead due to the influence of the dominant Russian culture, which is Christian.

In particular, Silantyev noted that after the bestial crime of the Beslan School Massacre in North Ossetia, the number of Muslims in North Ossetia dropped by 50%. Whereas before Muslims were about 35% of North Ossetians, after Beslan, they numbered only about 17.5%. It appears that tens of thousands of Muslims may have accepted baptism after Beslan.

Silantyev stated that even Muslim sources acknowledge that after each major Muslim terrorist incident there, thousands or possibly tens of thousands of Muslims convert to Christianity.

The figures for Africa are even more amazing and come from impeccable Muslim sources who would be the last people on Earth to deceitfully propagandize huge numbers of Muslims converting out. The source is Sheikh Ahmad Al Katani, president of The Companions Lighthouse for the Science of Islamic Law in Libya, an institution that specializing in graduating imams and Islamic preachers.

In an interview with Al Jazeera, reprinted on the Chechen guerrilla Kavkaz Center website, Katani states, reprinted here and here , that in recent years, six million Africans, mostly sub-Saharan Blacks, leave Islam every year, mostly converting to Christianity, often evangelical Protestantism. Apparently few non-Muslims in sub-Saharan Africa are converting to Islam.

This anecdotal figure needs to be backed up by good research, but it is still intriguing. Muslims in Sub-Saharan Africa are definitely depressed about what they report as a declining Muslim population.

The problem is probably one of racism. African Muslims complain that the big money in the Muslim World (read: Gulf Arab money) simply does not go to Africa for the building of mosques and for employing Muslim workers to proselytize.

The reason? Gulf Arabs, and Arabs in general, are quite racist people, much more racist than most Westerners. In particular, Arabs dislike Blacks. There is a long tradition of Arabs enslaving Blacks in that part of the world. A typical word for Black person in Saudi Arabia is the same word that means “slave”.

Iraqis were particularly furious and insulted when Black US soldiers occupied their neighborhoods after the US invasion – they complained that it was particularly humiliating to be occupied by Blacks, who they saw as inferiors.

Things are more complicated in Egypt, where many Arab men want a (mulatto) woman, because they are seen as better in bed than an Arab woman (who would make a good mother but not necessarily a great mistress).

Across the rest of the Sahel, Arabs continue to enslave Blacks in the same backwards tradition that has gone on for centuries.

In Sudan, Chad, Niger and Mauritania, Arabs enslave Black men and women. The conflict in Darfur, in addition to being a farmers versus herders conflict reminiscent of those fought in the US West in the 1800’s, is also rooted in the profound contempt Arab Sudanese have for their Black “slave” countrymen. It is this contempt that fuels the genocidal nature of the slaughter.

The Sahel Blacks are all Muslims, and Islam does not offer Sahel Blacks respite from the virulent racism of their Arab neighbors. Instead, the variety of Islam promoted by Sahelian Arabs emphasizes the divine nature of slavery laid out in the Koran, the better to justify their nasty habit of enslaving their Black countrymen.

This same Arab anti-Black racism is present in the Gulf Arabs that fund Islam around the world – hence they give scarcely a nickel to Black Africa. There, mosques crumble in disrepair, proselytization is almost nonexistent, and the ummah melts away.

In the rest of the Muslim World, few Muslims leave the faith. Surely there must be millions of conversions to Islam every year, and the Muslim population in general is growing in part due to a generally higher birthrate compared to many non-Muslims. But the intriguing example of Russia and the anecdotal evidence of Sub-Saharan Africa show us that Islam is not necessarily the one-way ticket it is made out to be.

If you think this website is valuable to you, please consider a contribution to support the continuation of the site.

Militant Secessionist and Autonomist Movements in Europe

We already went over the IRA struggle in a previous post.

I support most of these movements.

I support the armed Corsicans in Corsica fighting for independence from France. They are very careful about their bombs and bullets and rarely even hurt an innocent person, much less kill one. They mostly blow up unoccupied second homes being built on the coast. Sometimes there are people in the homes. In that case, they evacuate them so they can blow it up. Sometimes they strafe police cars and police stations, but that usually doesn’t cause any casualties. Sometimes they bomb police stations, but that usually doesn’t cause any casualties either.

I can hardly think of a more moral guerrilla movement. All they do is cause property damage and scare people. So what?

I also support the ETA in the Basque Country. They’ve declared a cease-fire anyway, and since then, they’ve been hit with endless raids and arrests. If that’s the way it’s going to be, why not take up arms again? Even when they were fighting, they just killed security forces and sometimes a few traitors. They gave ample warning of all their bombs so people could get out of the way.

Plus all of the Basque pro-independence youth movements and political parties have been outlawed as “wings of the ETA.” There are continuous arrests of these unarmed militants. Now that peaceful struggle is outlawed, why not take up arms again? However, the Basque language is in quite good shape these days. They have really turned things around in the past 30 years. It’s not in good shape in France, but even there, things are looking up.

The truth is that Spain and France are basically fascist countries. The fascists never left power in Italy, Spain or Portugal. They’ve been ruled by the Hard Right behind the scenes ever since fascism started. That’s who really runs those countries, no matter how many ruling “Socialist” parties there are. That’s why the Basques and Corsicans have to fight. Until they get a vote for self-determination, they need to fight.

It’s true that Spain has done better than France. Basque, Aranese and Catalan are recognized as official languages of France. The Catalan government mandates schooling in Catalan, TV and radio is in Catalan, signs must be bilingual, etc. This reasonable state of affairs has caused the Spanish speakers to rise up and scream that they are being discriminated against by Catalan fascists. Ridiculous, no?

I also support the Catalan movement, but it’s generally unarmed these days. Surely, they have a right to self-determination too? The Catalan language is actually in pretty good shape, but the Catalans are always screaming about it anyway. There are a few warning signs here and there, and there’s some hostility to Catalan on the part of local governments, especially in Murcia, France, the Balearic Islands and Valencia.

In Brittany, the movement is in very bad shape. I support autonomy there, not independence. The armed movement is dead. A bomb in a MacDonald’s in 2001 killed a young girl employee, and since then, the Breton movement has been more or less unarmed due to public revulsion over the act. The Bretons were very careful to try not to hurt innocent people with their bombs, but it looks like in this case, they fucked up.

There’s a pretty simple solution to all of these conflicts. Just give the separatists or autonomists a vote. In Brittany, they want simple stuff like Breton classes or bilingual or immersion programs in school. They badly need this because frankly, the Breton language is in catastrophic shape.

The French have always resisted this, a centralizing tendencies dating back to Jacobinism. The French Left has always been infected with Jacobinism due to the history of their Left, hence the somewhat fascist nature of the French Left. They frequently attack movements for minority languages as a reactionary indulgence.

Unfortunately, Jacobinism has sunk deep roots into the French body politic, and most French are Jacobins out of instinct alone it seems. At this point, they are probably genetically selecting for it.

Photos of Anders Behring Breivik and an Exposition of His Treatise

Anders Breivik is of course the anti-Islamic Norwegian cultural conservative who killed 76 people in two attacks in Oslo, Norway the other day. Much nonsense has been written about these attacks. He wrote a manifesto, which I am currently reading. It’s 1,510 pages long. I’ve only read some of it – about 750 pages or so, but it’s very interesting. I agree with Kevin MacDonald that he is an important political thinker.

He’s simply a political terrorist like Osama bin Laden and his followers. He attacked arguably political institutions – first of all, buildings of the Norwegian state in an attempt to kill the Prime Minister, then later a youth camp for young leaders of Norwegian Labour Party. These are the elite children of the leadership of the party, and most of them will probably go on to become party political operative and even leaders. So it was a political attack by an armed terrorist organization.

The only thing yucky about the attack is that many of those targeted were children. Even if you argue that these kids were going to go on to become party political operatives and leaders, there is something nasty about killing unarmed minors. However, this aspect was overblown, and my analysis showed that about 2/3 of those killed were adults, making them legitimate targets.

I do not think that government officials and adults who are in line to become the future leadership of a political party are “innocent civilians,” sorry. This guy says he’s at war with the state, and in that role, political figures are certainly legitimate targets.

Photo of the seemingly normal shooter in a nice pose.

Not that I agree with his ideology or his goals. As a Leftist, of course I am saddened that my comrades were gunned down so cruelly like this. I also don’t agree with his anti-Islamic agenda.

His document is very interesting. I will have more to write about it. Much nonsense has been written about this guy which would have been dispelled with a simple review of his document, which apparently no one bothered to do.

The shooter in a scuba outfit with an automatic weapon. The insignia on his shoulder says "Marxist Hunter" and "Multicultural Traitor Hunting Permit."

The killer is a Christian fundamentalist. He most certainly is not! In fact, he states in his book that he lacks a personal relationship with Jesus or God. Nevertheless, he prayed before his operation, and he quotes liberally from the Bible, mostly Old Testament verse that dispels the notion that Christianity is a religion of peace. He quotes sections saying that Christians have a right to fight back against their enemies.

What this guy is is a cultural Christian. It’s a phrase he uses a lot. He even supports what he calls atheist Christians and agnostic Christians in his crusade against Islam. He feels that Europe is a culturally Christian continent, and of course he is right. He feels that this nominally Christian culture is in danger from the encroachment of Islam.

The killer is a racist. He’s not really a racist, though he flirts with it a bit. The document is confused in this regard. He states over and over that he is an anti-racist, but that’s not exactly the case either.

For instance, he does not believe that European Whites should breed with non-Whites. He worries about the allegiances of European non-White non-Muslims in the Civil War that he predicts will engulf Europe.

And he recommends that the US be partitioned off into a White state for Whites and a multicultural state for everyone else. So as far as his recommendations for the US go, he’s a White nationalist. He is also very sympathetic to the plight of the South African Afrikaners, and he feels that the Blacks are waging a race war against them. He acknowledges that Gypsies are widely hated, and he wants to set up a homeland for them somewhere in Anatolia after it is heavily cleansed of Muslims.

But he does enlist the support of non-White Hindus, Jews, Buddhists, atheists and agnostics in his war against the Muslims. He’s had many friends of all different races, and in his personal views, he’s not much of a racialist.

The killer in a photo, apparently with his mother and sister.

The killer is a fascist. This is more difficult to refute, though he claims to be an antifascist, and he writes a lot about how much he dislikes the National Socialist racists in Europe. In particular, as a Judeophile, he opposes their anti-Semitism, which he sees as ridiculous.

However, at the same time, he also praises certain aspects of National Socialism and offers an apologetics for Hitler’s treatment of the Jews. He acknowledges that the Holocaust occurred, but says that Hitler originally just wanted to deport the Jews, but was forced to exterminate them to get rid of a Fifth Column when the Nazis started losing the war in 1942. Actually, I think the Holocaust started before then. He also approves of National Socialist anti-feminism, monoculture and conservative values.

The killer in some sort of a military uniform.

At the same time, he sees the Nazi card as an albatross around the neck of European nationalists, and he says that they need to break free of that if they are ever going to succeed. He opposes White nationalism for similar reasons, that it will never get majority support from Europeans.

What he wants is majority support for his War on Islam project, and the best way to get that is to chuck the Nazism and White ethnic nationalism. He sees anti-Islamic nationalism as having potentially majority support, and he wants to get rid of all of the problematic elements that could diminish such support.

His political project involves rightwing coups in Europe that overthrow the multiculturalist states. They would then institute a short lived dictatorship in which rights would be suspended. 100-200,000 top level multiculturalist traitors would be hunted down and executed by the new state. Many others would be exiled. Freedom of speech would be curtailed indefinitely under the new regimes as “multiculturalist propaganda” would be banned.

Those Muslims who do not convert out would be deported from Europe back to Muslim lands. Muslim lands in the Balkans, Anatolia, Syria, Lebanon and Egypt would be conquered and resettled with Greeks, Macedonians, Serbs, Croats, Armenians, Assyrians and Copts. This is frankly a fascist project whether he admits it or not.

The killer in his Crusader Knights Templar uniform. He saw himself as a modern day Knight Templar waging a latter day crusade against Islam.

The killer is mentally ill. Having read through hundreds of pages of his stuff, I do not agree with this charge at all. Some of his politics is a bit confused, but that goes with the territory. On the other hand, the document is lucid, well-written and coherent. Ideologically, it fits together very well. He’s very intelligent and very well-read. His political project is sensible, well thought out and follows logically. He doesn’t believe in conspiracy theory, which makes him less nuts that your average Muslim or American.

The killer is a sociopath. I don’t agree. I think he is just a political terrorist. There are acts of political terrorism occurring all over the world, all the time. Those who engage in them and those who order them are not necessarily sociopaths. They are warriors, either members of militaries or some sort of guerrillas.

He actually seemed somewhat sensitive, and he spent quite a few pages agonizing over the nature of the acts he was about to engage in.

He concluded that Catholic Church absolves sins committed in the defense of religion, in particular in defense a Christian Crusade against Islam. This came up quite a bit back in the day when Crusaders were accused of sin during the various Crusades. The Church concluded that sins committed during the Crusades were absolved by the Church as necessary for the defense of the religion.

In addition, they could be redeemed via indulgences bought up by the collective good deeds of Jesus and the saints. By the theory of indulgences, sinners can redeem their sins by trading them in as it were for redemption. The redemption would be purchased via the good deeds done by Jesus, the saints and other good Christians.

At one point, he launches into an argument about whether it is a good idea to kill 100 to save 1000. He thinks it is.

On the other hand, he also feels that his targets, the multicultural Cultural Marxist elite of Europe, are traitors that need to be killed in order to save the continent from Islam. However, many political terrorists think their victims have it coming. Such a belief is not indicative of sociopathy.

Photo of the killer in the outfit he used to mix explosives at his farm. The process was very long and convoluted, and he spends a great many pages discussing it in depth in his book.

The killers is an anarchist. He is most certainly not. He believes very much in a future fascist-like state. He opposes the current multiculturalist regimes, but that does not make him an anarchist.

The document is rambling, incoherent and consists mostly of cut and paste jobs from other works. None of this is true. It is mostly his own work, and he writes very well. His English is excellent. The document does not ramble but instead follows quite well. It’s very coherent and easy to follow and understand.

The killer was provoked and incited to act by works by such anti-Islamic authors as Robert Spencer, Pamela Geller, Bruce Bawer, Bat Ye’or, Melanie Phillips and Fjordman and Internet sites like the Gates of Vienna, Jihad Watch and Atlas Shrugs. Although these sites and authors do make many reasonable points about Islam and Muslims, they are fanatical and generally reactionary people. Their opposition to Islam is shrill, over the top and unnecessary.

Their opposition to the Ground Zero mosque was ridiculous. It’s their property, they can build whatever they want to there. Further, that Sufi order that was building the mosque represents the sort of modernism that Islam needs to cultivate.

In addition, all of these people and websites are ferociously Zionist. Zionism is a racist, fascist, ethnic nationalist and settler colonial project. No matter what you think of Muslims, those Jews stole every inch of that land over there. Further, they stole land from a lot of Eastern Christians as well. They are presently engaged in an objectively fascist ethnic nationalist project involving apartheid and ethnic cleansing. On these grounds, Zionism cannot be supported by anyone on the Left of good conscience.

These authors and blogs do amount to purveyors of hate speech I suppose, but I support hate speech. Their attempts to wiggle out of the intellectual authorship of this shooting are pathetic. They definitely laid the groundwork for this attack.

Given the reactionary, shrill, Zionist and fanatical nature of this movement, it’s beyond me why I should support it.

But it brings up an interesting question. Many of these reactionaries are defending the secular, feminist, open, pro-gay and modern nature of the Judeo-Christian West against a ferociously backwards, barbaric, Medieval, imperialistic and reactionary religion called Islam. Why is it up to the Right to defend secularism, atheism, freedom of conscience, freedom of speech, gay rights, women’s rights, the right to drink and smoke and modernism itself against barbarism and obscurantism?

Why has the Left, which has always championed civil liberties, freedom of conscience, opposition to fundamentalism, women’s and gay rights, liberal lifestyles, the Sexual Revolution, secularism, atheism and agnosticism, and the very modernist project itself relinquished this task to a bunch of Jewish, Hindu and Christian reactionary kooks, many of whom are backwards and fundamentalist themselves? Why has the Left thrown in its lot with this Medieval religion? I don’t get it.

A photo of the killer looking like a quiet, normal fellow.

The killers has no point or legitimate project. Unfortunately, he does have a point and a legitimate project. Islam frankly has been a total disaster in Western Europe. Importing millions of Muslims, most of whom will never assimilate, into the UK, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Germany has been a complete catastrophe. It’s time to admit that it’s a failure.

A few Muslims are not much of a problem, but over a certain percentage, they are simply not compatible with a modern, Western, secular, culturally Christian state. Projections showing an Islamic Europe in 70 years or so are terrifying. There’s not much to do about it except to stop importing them to Western Europe.

Many nations of the West don’t have a Muslim problem yet. These include the nations of Eastern Europe, Finland, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, the US and New Zealand. In most cases, the Muslim percentages here are low. The US % is .7%, which is quite manageable. But what happens as that number grows?

Deporting Muslims is not doable, so the countries with Muslim problems above should simply stop importing them and hope their birth rate slows down. The Muslim nations of Albania, Bosnia, Tunisia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan already have below replacement birth rates. 15% of Muslims in the West are leaving Islam already. If you quit importing them, the problem may well take care of itself.
