At the age of 24, Adam started his enforcement career, working for a number of private bailiff companies collecting all types of debt, including council tax and national non-domestic rates. 

In 1996, he became a publican for three years, before returning to the enforcement industry. He enforced High Court writs of fieri facias and possession, as well as enforcement for Inland Revenue, rates and council tax. 

Adam has used his experience over the years to develop his skills as an enforcement agent. Adam used to be a keen rugby league and union player and has coached juniors within the rugby league set up.  He also enjoys motorsports and is involved with a number of charitable organisations, including cub scouts and children’s hospitals.
