Register as an app developer

Sign up for either an individual/student account or a company account by clicking below. You’ll be asked to enter your contact information, choose a publisher display name, and provide a payment method for the one-time registration fee—Visa/Mastercard, PayPal (where available), or a promo code. (Note that prepaid credit cards are not accepted.)

Individual accounts cost approximately $19 USD, and company accounts cost approximately $99 USD (the exact amounts may vary depending on your country or region). This is a one-time registration fee and no renewal is required.

Note: You must be signed in with the Microsoft account that you want to associate with your developer account. If you don’t already have a Microsoft account, you can get one by starting the signup process.
