Umm, strange, Let's see if SNESFAN knows the reason. The only reason I see is that He forgot to sign the update.zip, maybe you try it to sign it by yourself using this tool

Yeah he forgot to sign it.  I just signed it and installed it. It kills root but easy tools has no trouble reinstalling it ;)

I will do a video when I got home from work. It seems pretty much the same but this is just a proof of concept it seems.

Well, if it's rooted and with market installed is quite well. Better than chinese roms with lots of unncessary apps. It's a great start.

Actually it seems to run a little smoother. I would love to see this at 1ghz. I dont have as much lag on some of the emulators. I recommend you do a wipe data/factory reset as well. It does not do it for you. I also get a unable to load widget error. Like I said though its a good start and seems to run smooth

Looks like there is no way to have multiple versions of the same program without recreating the package from source. So unless someone has access to the project used to create fpse and changes the project name before building the apk - it can't be done. Pity, that.

You can flash a kernel at 1 ghz. Only flash so nothing is erased using flash_image. Get a kernel at 1 ghz ore create with easy tools, put it in your sd together with flash_image (I'm not sure if this comes with easy tools) and in adb open a shell and runthe following:

su
cp /sdcard/flash_image /system/bin
flash_image boot /sdcard/name_of_your_.kernel.img

Someone should send the custom rom to JXD for them to use. Their own one is borderline unusable!

Perhaps we should start listing some ideas for what a custom rom should include (and what should be excluded)?

Obviously the free Yonghz emulators, would an earlier (ie free) FPse be ok? Maybe links on the desktop to the excellent paid emulators and apps (N64oid, Pce.EMU, Chainfire3D etc.)
