Paid Time Off: Your time is precious. Your initial PTO benefit is determined based on your years of experience credited at hire and will range from 20 to 35 days annually.
Medical and Dental Insurance: BBAHC currently pays 100% of the premium cost for employee, and 60% of dependent cost.
Retirement Plan: Our no-cost profit sharing retirement plan has historically contributed 5% of an employee's annual income. In addition to our profit sharing retirement plan, we have a very competitive 401k retirement plan. BBAHC matches annual contributions on a progressive schedule up to 4%.
Group Term Life Insurance: There are two separate policies totaling two and a half times your annual salary.
