Maddie Ziegler and her boyfriend Jack Kelly are celebrating a super special occasion together – their first anniversary! Maddie took to Instagram to share a few photos of how they spent the day, and also explain just why Jack means so much to her. (Spoiler: It is very cute, and very #goals).
"2018! today is such a special day for us. It’s been 1 year with the most amazing boy I've ever met," Maddie said. "We’ve grown so much together and I’m so thankful for all of the laughs and smiles together! Today he took me on a picnic in the morning and it was so peaceful. I’ve never been so happy. I love you so much. Here’s to one year and many more to go." Picnic they did, and the photos show that they spend the day lounging on the grass, snacking, playing with a puzzle, checking out the local wildlife, and of course, snapping a selfie or two.
Jack also posted the same photo, saying: "Happy 1 year to the most beautiful girl! Words can't describe how important you are to me. I'm the luckiest guy to have someone as special as you in my life. So glad you've come back to me. Love you forever and always."
Shortly after their anniversary update, Maddie also posted a selfie of the two of them from a beach trip they took together, in which you can see that she is wearing a small, silver necklace with the initial "J" on it.
