After a meeting of the UCI Professional Cycling Council (PCC) on 21 March in Brussels, Belgium, it has been agreed that the Presidential Cycling Tour of Turkey will be postponed to 10-15 October 2017.

The announcement of new dates follows a postponement of the event from its scheduled date in April, and comes with the confirmation of the continued full support of the Turkish Government and the race organisation to the success of this longstanding event.

This place in the UCI WorldTour calendar is only for 2017.

The UCI WorldTour calendar for 2018 will be confirmed in June at the next PCC meeting.
