In much of the world, this has been another year of battles over identity and belonging. But not in every corner, and not in every home. We would like to hear from readers who accepted an invitation this holiday season to celebrate cross-culturally, with friends or family members from another religion or ethnic group. Perhaps you celebrated this holiday for the first time, celebrated it differently this time or have celebrated with this group before.

Please explain how they were related to you and different from you.
