This service allows you to check your recent account balance and payments.
You can view much more and see a live balance by logging into our MyAccount service.

To view this information you will need:
1. The first 8 digits of your customer reference number. This can be found on the top left of your bill.
2. For security purposes we will need your surname or company name and post code associated with your account as it appears on your bill.
