Description
• This is the second tallest construction in the world. Only the KVLY-TV mast, a few miles away, is taller. It's also the third tallest construction ever built including the collapsed Konstantynow Radio Mast.

• This tower is built on the site of two former towers of the same height that collapsed in two incidents in 1968 and 1997.

• This permanently replaced another collapsed 2060' tower in 1998

• On the day of completion a flagpole was placed on top of the 2060-foot tower bringing its total height to 2064 feet. It was quickly removed afterwards.

• Construction Dates:
Monday, October 27, 1997 to Saturday, August 8, 1998
