Glad sommar! Under augusti hade jag tänkt köra igång en webbshop där ni kommer kunna köpa jäst direkt från källan. Eventuellt även merch och lite labbgrejer. Vad efterfrågar ni?

Första batchen flytande jäst skickas nästa vecka till hembryggarbutiker. West coast, Demonical, Trappist O och Cornwall. Finns den inte där du brukar köpa dina råvaror? Låt de veta att efterfrågan finns.
Inom kort kommer även vår webbshop öppnas, där man kommer kunna köpa jästen, men så småningom även annat, som merchandise. Vad vill ni kunna köpa? Tyck gärna till!

Det har varit länge sedan senaste inlägget. Men nu är det äntligen dags att presentera en stor nyhet. Utöver våra burkar med snedagar kommer våra mest populära stammar snart finnas tillgängliga i flytande form. 50 ml kultur innehållande ca 100 miljarder jästceller. Senare kommer vi utöka vårt flytande sortiment med fler stammar. Fråga efter vår jäst om inte din hembryggarbutik har de hemma!

I'm working on instructions for making cultures to pitch 100% brett beers. For pitching brett in secundary 1 jar is enough. If you want to use brett as your primary yeast you have to make a starter. The trick is to make your starter twice as big and let the yeast grow for 3-5 days each step to have a healty fermentation. Cheers!

Planning a release of new yeast strains during the fall. How about a new Brett, 2-3 new Belgians and one new American strain? I also plan to release a product for fining homebrew. How about that?
