A gift of $3,000,000 from the General Education Board, founded by John D. Rockefeller, to the Memorial Hospital for the Treatment of Cancer and Allied Diseases, to erect a new twelve-story hospital building adjacent to the Rockefeller Institute, was announced yesterday by Harry Pelham Robbins, president of the institution.
