Background: I was actively involved in Netball and Hockey during my teenage years and became a couch potato in my early twenties. At least 30 kilos and many years later, I discovered the joys and benefits of regular exercise, good nutrition and setting realistic goals. As a regualr participant in group exercise I enjoy the social aspects, the energy and encouragement from other group members, as much as the physical aspects. I love to run, and have participated in both road and trail runs around Victoria. I completed my first half marathon in 2011 and I'm aiming to do a couple more in 2012.

As a personal trainer I am here to help you meet your fitness goals. Your sessions will be challenging, unpredictable and fun.

PT studio manager for 4 years
Experience with Boot-Camps, Boxing, Rehabilitation, Strength and
Conditioning, Fitball and Core Strength.
Currently run my own PT business whilst also working for Corpus Fitness.
