Azeri president’s daughter adopts baby girl from local orphanage
Leyla Aliyeva, elder daughter of Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev, has adopted a "baby girl” from a local orphanage, said Anar Alakbarov, executive director of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

"Leyla is now the mother of not only twin boys but also a girl,” Alakbarov said, according to APA news agency.

The girl is called Amina, Alakbarov said, without giving any other details.

Leyla, 30, has twin sons, Ali and Mikayil, from her marriage with Emin Agalarov, an ethnic Azerbaijani singer and businessman in Russia. The couple divorced last month.

Leyla is also a vice-president at the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
