-“World Report 2016 summarizes key human rights
issues in more than 90 countries and territories
worldwide. It reflects investigative work that
Human Rights Watch staff undertook in 2015,
usually in close partnership with human
rights activists in the country in focus.
In his keynote essay, Human Rights Watch Executive Director
Kenneth Roth details how fear drove global developments of
2015. Fears of terror attacks and potential impact of refugee
influx led to a scaling back of rights in Europe and other
regions. In China, Ethiopia, India, and Russia, fears
that social media will energize social and political
movements helped to drive a disturbing global
trend: the adoption of repressive new laws
and policies targeting civil society.”Above Quote Courtesy, Human Rights Watch |

One Million Children Labor in Africa’s Goldmines
July 10, 2013 By: Larry C. Price
In Burkina Faso, gold production has more than doubled in recent
years. Though child labor is against the law in the West African n
ation, the economics and the nature of mining make
labor law enforcement extremely difficult. Continue reading →

Much of the wealth of the world's richest
-
-
Corporations and Individuals have been
amassed by way of huge profits, gains
and preferable investments.
The source of such riches:
Earth's Natural Resources
in the form of elements, minerals, metals,
etc. And in the carefully calculated process
of attaching "value" to Earth's Natural
bounty, exclusive holdings of
GOLD and DIAMONDS
have risen to unprecedented heights
now reflected throughout global markets of
the 21st Century. In all sensibleness, none
would argue against the riches of wealth
accumulated through hard work,
dedication and all that is lawful,
just and fair in the process.
However, when stark imbalances
and outright injustices begin to occur
because of vast differences between the
world's 'haves' and 'have nots', a closer
look at the "root causes" for such
alarming disparities must be
thoroughly examined with a purposeful
aim toward ensuring that the gainers of
riches as well as the valuable and
indispensible hands of
laborers both benefit from all that is
extracted for usage from Humanity's
rightful place of habitation . . . . .

For the most part, the poor
of the world is usually - through
ignorance - hopelessly resolved to be
complacently comfortable and satsisfied with
whatever meager portions have been doled
out while not being consciously aware of
inalienable "Human Rights:"
Inherent "Rights" that Naturally and
inextricably attach to the human person
regardless of ethnic origins, cultural
traditions, social status [and/or]
religious indoctrinations or beliefs.

Many children also work with - mercury, a toxic substance, to separate - the gold from the ore. Mercury attacks - the central nervous system and is - particularly harmful to children. - - - Read more at the following website: - - - - - |

And having been made aware
and informed of the scores of the world's
poorest yet living in abject comfort zones -
areas around the world which clearly evidence
violations of "Human Rights" - the
advanced world should make
every effort to correct
such longstanding disparities.

violations of "Human Rights" can
be identified in the process of
ensuring sustainable develop-
ment where needed, as well
as successful progress for
destined to proceed through the portals
of the 21st Century and new Millennium.
With the eradication of Human Rights abuses,
all that should be rightfully provisioned for
the wealthy as well as for the world's poor
should become the foundation of balance
and stability for the world as a whole.
That is to say, the world we inhabit
should exhibit characteristics of
all that is just and fair - encompassing
every facet of human life. Thus, the long-
suffering poor can "also" be rightfully counted
as well-learned, educated and wealthy
inhabitants destined toward a
sustainable and prosperous
future for many generations to come.
