Their customer support is absolutely terrible. I had my Gamefaqs accounts locked out of nowhere and ...was instructed to call them to deal with it. They kept directing me to Gamefaqs Community Manager who never hangs up.

CBS and Google Play STOLE money from me. I paid $5.99 for CBS All Access through Google Play. I ne...ver got to use it. I couldnt sign into my account, despite numerous tries to change my password, etc. CBS Interactive employees told me several times that they could not find my payment despite all of the information I sent. Google Play acknowledges charging me for the service, but says Google sent the payment to CBS. Both CBS and Google are telling me "its not their fault, contact the other business". Both CBS and Google are scamming me (stealing from me) out of a refund. This is an intentional trick to get me to abandon this theft, and let them keep my money. CBS AND GOOGLE PLAY ARE SCAMMING ME OUT OF MONEY!!!! See More
