Kaniowski Wojciech

Artysta studiował w Akademii Sztuk Pięknych we Wrocławiu na Wydziale Malarstwa, Grafiki i Rzeźby w latach 1972-1977. Dyplom z wyróżnieniem z zakresu malarstwa i malarstwa architektonicznego pod kierunkiem prof. Konrada Jarodzkiego i prof. Mieczysfawa Zdanowicza. Mianowany na stanowisko profesora nadzwyczajnego (1996). Profesor zwyczajny od 2002 roku.

Od roku 1979 do realizuje program kształcenia w Pracowni Projektowania Malarstwa w Architekturze i Urbanistyce. W latach 1996-1999 pełnił funkcję dziekana Wydziału Malarstwa i Rzeźby. Jest malarzem i grafikiem.

Artysta prezentował swoje malarstwo na około 40 pokazach indywidualnych w kraju i za granicą. Prace w zbiorach prywatnych i państwowych w Polsce, Niemczech, Kanadzie, Francji i USA.

He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw at the Faculty of Painting, Graphic Arts and Sculpture in the years 1972-1977. Graduated with honors in painting and architectural painting under the guidance of Prof. Konrad Jarodzki and Prof. Mieczyslaw Zdanowicz. In 1977 he started teaching at the Wroclaw Academy of Fine Arts as a research assistant in Prof. Zbigniew Karpinski's Laboratory of Painting and Drawing. Since 1979 he has carried out a program of education in the Painting in Architecture and Urban Planning. In 1996 he was appointed to the position of associate professor. In the years 1996 to 1999 he served as dean of the Faculty of Painting and Sculpture Since 1998 - Vice-rector for didactic. In May 2002, he obtained the title of professor. He is a painter and a graphic designer. In the years 1977-1996 he participated in numerous exhibitions and painting competitions receiving 10 awards and accolades. He presented his paintings at 40 individual exhibitions at home and abroad. His works can be found in private and state collections in Poland, Germany, Canada, France and the USA.
