Deadline 13 April 2018: Registration for the Students Seeking Solutions Conference: SDG 6 - Clean Water and Sanitation Challenge

The United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI), the American Association of University Women, the United Nations Environment Programme and UNAI member institution Lehigh University (Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States) reminds that the registration for the “Students Seeking Solutions Conference: SDG 6 - Clean Water and Sanitation Challenge" will close on 13 April. The event will take place in the Conference Room 2 at United Nations Headquarters in New York.

Disasters-SDGs-Undersea tsunami research: an exciting seminar

In the middle of the Indian Ocean, the famous French scientific research ship Marion Dufresne. Aboard the vessel, Professor Satish Singh, geophysicist and head of the "Mirage II Expedition", video-linked to the Palais des Nations, where more than 120 university students drink in his words and conjure the pictures of the explorers and researchers, under the sea, learning how tsunamis are created and looking for ways to detect them better and faster.

COP 23 training motivates, inspires and informs more than 600 volunteers
