Try this with our fabulous Ancho Chili Scalloped Potato, Steamed Baby Carrots, Caesar Salad, dinner rolls, Homemade Carrot Cake. for a unique presentation we can prepare a whole Salmon (yours or ours) in a swimming pose, outstanding!

Grilled Chicken Pasta Primavera

Grilled sliced Chicken breast, pasta with Steamed Vegetables, our own Alfredo sauce seasoned with garlic, Spinach salad with poppy seed dressing, Potato rolls, gourmet Cookies. A great meal served buffet style so you can build your own.

Pork Tenderloin

With Honey Mustard or Raspberry Chipotle glaze, Au gratin potatoes, home-style green beans, fresh green salad with homemade dressings, assorted dinner rolls and home style Apple pie.

Teriyaki chicken skewers, Tenderloin kabobs, smoked Salmon spread, Bacon wrapped water chestnuts, Swedish or Pinot Noir Meatballs, Antipasto trays, imported cheese platters, specialty Brie: with fruit toppings or baked with chef choice stuffing’s or our delicious Tuscan spread. Our own Stuffed Mushrooms. In-season fresh fruit platters, Gourmet Vegetable tray, (choose from our fabulous roasted or traditional fresh), Mini Quiche, Seafood platters, including: our own giant Prawns, Smoked Salmon, Sautéed Scallops and Smoked Oysters), Sweet and Sour Chicken Medallions (Bite size no bone), Sliced or cubed-Roasted Meat tray includes: Turkey, Ham and Roast beef. For groups of 50 or more enjoy – Homemade cakes including, Carrot with cream cheese frosting and “Oh so rich” Chocolate. Catering Policy

Our professional staff will help you customize a menu, just right for your event. We can provide linens, china, special items and bartenders. We can also provide you with a list of potential sites for your event.

The Bomber offers a great private banquet room

  • The “Hangar” in our restaurant offers private seating available for up to 30. Call for availability 503-659-9306 OR Rent the entire Restaurant on a Monday night for only $150.00

Meals are priced per person. A final number of guests is agreed upon 5 days prior to your event. We separate the cost of additional options so that you can choose how much you’d like us to provide.

Delivery is Free for groups over 20 or with in our immediate district. We do not charge for gratuity, but it is gratefully accepted.

When you reserve your date, a $50.00 non-refundable deposit will hold the date for your event. We would like an estimated 50% down one month prior to your event. The estimated remaining total is due the day of your event. If there are any additional charges, they are due within 14 days. We promise to provide you with an excellent meal and exceptional customer service.
