Chairman Emeritus and Founder
Warren caught the drum corps bug at a Boy Scout jamboree at Chicago’s Soldier Field in 1946, after watching the Racine Scouts perform. As a scout leader, he convinced his troops to pick up instruments. “They were getting tired of tying knots,” Warren said of his troop’s early enthusiasm for forming a drum corps.
Chairman
From 1979 to 1991, Adolph helped lead The Cavaliers' resurgence back into the upper echelon of drum corps. His long-time involvement, passion and dedication ensures The Cavaliers continue their tradition of excellence, education and innovation well into the future.
President
Currently serving as President of the Board, Chris Hartowicz has been involved with The Cavaliers since 1967. His experience within the marching arts also includes serving as designer, consultant and instructor with several drum corps, bands, and winter percussion lines.
Vice-President
Dale Young has been a member of The Cavaliers' Board of Directors since 2012. Mr. Young is employed as a Vice President with IBM and is responsible for an international consulting practice.
Executive Director
Lugo is an alumnus of The Cavaliers, participating from 2002 to 2005. Since his time in the corps, he has contributed to the organization by volunteering, serving on the Cavalier Alumni Association's board of directors, and by adding his enthusiasm and non-profit concentration to the corps' board of directors.

Mark assumed the title of Corps Director in 2015 after nearly 30 years with The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps. Mark also volunteers for WGI Sport of the Arts where he serves as the Staff Coordinator for the WGI World Championships.

Dr. Brak is a Board Certified Family Physician in private practice in Barrington, Illinois, where she is co-owner of a primary care medical practice and has served as a member of the Cavaliers Medical Group since 2002.

President, The Cavalier Alumni Association Board of Directors
Gordon Couch resides in Louisville, Kentucky. He holds an undergraduate degree in music from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Music Conducting degree from Indiana State University where he studied with Dr. Roby G. George; he also studied conducting with Dr. Gary Ciepluch at the Cleveland Institute of Music and Case Western Reserve University. Gordon’s involvement with The Cavaliers started as a member of the horn line in 1989.

Huxtable is a graduate of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. She has spoken at national and regional management events and has written for multiple publications. She is a dynamic facilitator and conducts workshops and seminars.
Treasurer
Bob Inch is the Vice President Finance & Technology at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Indiana based in Merrillville, Indiana. Bob brings a strong business and not-for-profit background to The Cavaliers' Board of Directors.
Paul Milano has been involved in the drum corps activity since 1962 when he joined a local corps in Milwaukee, Wisc., at age eight. He eventually spent five years as a member of The Cavaliers (1970-1974 ), two years as the corps' personnel manager (1975-1976), and several years in all-age corps.

An alumnus of The Cavaliers, Matt brings over 20 years of nonprofit management experience to the Cavaliers.

Mr. Rigby, 62, has served on several private company boards since 2009, including Boscov's Dept. Stores, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Rigby was with JPMorgan Chase and its predecessor banks, where, beginning in 1983, he served in positions of increasing responsibility for 25 years, most recently as a Managing Director.

Scott Rhebergen has been a member of the Cavaliers Board of Directors since 2011. Scott has volunteered as a bus and truck driver for the Corps and for the last 7 years has served as Transportation Director, keeping all vehicles maintained and running.

Marty Schlenker is an alum (early 90s) and is a graduate of the University of Chicago (Economics) and M.I.T. (Masters of Science in Transportation Management). He has been/is a financial analyst and a planning/efficiency expert.

Thor Schumacher is a consultant for Deloitte Consulting LLP in Washington, DC. At Deloitte, Thor advises domestic and international clients on technology strategy and architecture, business development, and business strategy.
