Delivery & Pick up Info

  • Most pick-up & delivery requests can be fulfilled within 24-hours, subject to availability.
  • A flat-rate non-refundable deposit of $75 will be charged 48 hours in advance of the delivery date.**
  • All Plans come with a 3 month or 12 month commitment. You can have your items delivered back anytime, we will just charge you for the time that is remaining.

*If your total bill is less than your deposit, the balance will be applied as a credit to your storage bill, or the card on file.

Delivery & Pick Up Rates

  • Our delivery and pick-up rate is $55.00 per hour per team member*

* With all labor rates, there is a one hour minimum per team member, we prorate to the nearest minute after the first hour onsite.

** Two team members are required if one or all items exceed 55 pounds.

    Preparing for major construction (starting July 7th). We were going to get a storage container in the driveway and hire a crew to come in and move everything, but we found something better. ZippBoxx.

    They provide storage containers, then come and pick them up as they are ready and store them in their warehouse. No monstrosity in my driveway! And, when construction is over, I can order my stuff to be brought back as slowly or quickly as I want, so I'm not climbing over boxes and searching for everything. Prices vary depending on services (I may take advantage of their offer of coming to help me pack some stuff).

    I just want to rave for a second about this amazing company. I'm a college student living in New York (interning in manhattan during the summer and full time school during the year). I initially heard about zippboxx from a friend who heard me stressing about storing my five huge suitcases of all my belongings while I was in LA visiting family.

    From the get go Luanne picked up the phone, calmed me down, and was so so supportive and understanding about the price range I was willing to pay (college student here!) The movers came right away, they were friendly and efficient- the whole process took less than ten minutes.

    My wife and I were in a hard situation with waiting to close on a house and moving out of our apartment. ZippBoxx was perfect from the start and really came in exactly when we needed it. Instead of the added stress of renting a truck, lifting the boxes and finding a good storage place, ZippBoxx provides all three. Not only is the service such a no brainer, the quality of staff and customer service is above what you may see anywhere else.

    We dealt with the owner directly and you can tell that he is personally invested in his company and to the point where all of the staff mirror those values. We are 100% satisfied with this service and would use again and recommend to anyone (I did the other day).
