Membership Types

Corporate Member:

Corporate Membership shall be open to those individuals who are of Polish descent by birth or adoption, or married to an individual of Polish descent. Only the Corporate Members shall be entitled to vote for the directors of the Corporation and to vote on any amendments to the Certificate and the Bylaws of the Corporation.

Corporate Members may use, and may introduce guests who may accompany them while using, the Corporation’s dining room and bar facilities during their normal operating hours and otherwise subject to house rules in effect from time to time. Corporate Members may reserve the use of the ballroom/auditorium, dining room and bar facilities for private parties at such charges and when such facilities are available for such purposes, as shall be provided in house rules in effect from time to time. Corporate Members may attend any regular or special social event of the Corporation on the terms announced by the committee organizing the event, including ticket price and whether guests are welcome.

Social Member:

Social Membership shall be open to those individuals that have an appreciation for Polish culture but will have no voting privileges.

Social Members may use, and may introduce guests who may accompany them while using, the Corporation’s dining room and bar facilities during their normal luncheon hours and otherwise subject to house rules in effect from time to time. Social Members may attend regular or special social events of the Corporation at the invitation of the committee organizing the event and on the terms such committee shall determine, including ticket price and whether guests are welcome.
