群策 – 臺大城鄉基金會二十年輯 “Strategic-Collaboration”, The 20th Anniversary Publication of Building and Planning Research Foundation

研究發展部的任務，對內，深化組織核心價值之認同與專業知能之傳承；對外，則是連結各界盟友、轉化實踐經驗，用之於推展環境教育、服務社會大眾對於好環境的需求。因此，本部門將透過臺灣的社區規劃經驗參與國際規劃工作、建立社區產業創生的互惠平臺與合作型推廣機制，邁向負責任的公益企業，以擁有更多資源且積極實現可回饋於土地生態、社群對話、弱勢關懷等議題的社會作為。

研究發展部計畫推動以下各項具體工作：

  1. 參與式規劃設計論述與實踐方法之研究發展
  2. 辦理環境教育及社區規劃學程
  3. 好環境觀念及社區規劃智能之出版
  4. 協助社區自辦都市更新及生活環境再生策略諮詢服務
  5. 策略規劃及營運管理諮詢服務

The Research and Development Division undertakes two missions: internally, to strengthen identity with core values and professional capabilities; externally, to expand professional network, apply practical experiences to environmental education, and to encourage public participation in seeking better environments.
The Research and Development Division is working to establish a professional enterprise that is socially responsible. We aim to generate more resources as a means of providing public service actions to our society.

The Research and Development Division plans to expand its community planning experience in Taiwan to the international context. Our goal is to develop a reciprocal platform and cooperative promotional mechanism for community industries, and to cultivate our primary specialty in participatory planning and design.

Main tasks of the Research and Development Division are:

  1. Participatory planning and design discourse and methodology
  2. Environmental education and community planning training program
  3. Publication of environmental and community planning discourse
  4. Consultation service for urban renewal projects and community regeneration strategy
  5. Strategic planning and management consultation
