Awards are made under Title IX of the Public Health Service Act (42 USC 299-299c-7) as amended by P.L. 106-129 (1999). Awards are administered under the HHS Grants Policy Statement and Federal Regulations 42 CFR 67, Subpart A, and Administrative Requirements (45 CFR 75 or 45 CFR Parts 74 or 92, as applicable).
