National Healthcare Quality & Disparities Reports

Tools for measuring health care quality, including the National Healthcare Disparities and Quality Reports, AHRQ Quality Indicators, and ambulatory clinical performance measures.

For the 14th year in a row, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has reported on health care quality and disparities. The National Healthcare Quality Report and National Healthcare Disparities Report have been combined into a single report, the National Healthcare Quality and Disparities Report. This report measures trends in effectiveness of care, patient safety, timeliness of care, patient centeredness, and access to care. The report presents, in chart form, the latest available findings on quality of and access to health care.
