Levinson named N Goa Collector

PANAJI: The govt of Goa has, in a crucial reshuffle of officers, appointed Levinson Martins as North Goa Collector, while former Director of Fisheries Shamila Monteiro has been appointed as the member secretary of the Goa State Pollution Control Board.   

Martins will continue to hold charge as Director of Science and Technology.   

Monteiro was posted as OSD to Director General of Police after she was shunted out of the fisheries dept.   

Other transfers include the transfer of Managing Director of the Goa Housing Board Siddhivinayak Naik to the Margao Municipal Council as Chief Officer. Agnelo Fernandes and Surendra Naik have been appointed as additional Collectors for South Goa District.
