Collins Fitness Center

A variety of fitness classes, intramural sports and recreational programs are available on campus to help you stay in shape and keep your mind sharp. You can even hire a personal trainer to teach you how to get the most out of your workouts.

The home of campus recreation is the Susie and Fulton Collins Fitness Center. It’s more than just a gym. With an inviting lounge area, it’s an anchor of activity on the northwest side of campus.

Mabee Gym

The Mabee Gym on the campus of the University of Tulsa is home to the TU Athletic department, as well as athletic training and practice facilities for TU intercollegiate sports.

The Mabee Gym also provides racquetball and squash facilities for use by students, faculty, staff and anyone who purchases a facilities pass.

    Collins Fitness Center is free to ­students by presenting a valid TU ID.

    The 67,192-square-foot fitness center houses three basketball courts, a workout area with more than 200 pieces of equipment.

    All Collins Fitness Center members have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one training session with one of our many qualified personal trainers for a fee.

    Students who bring headphones to the cardio theater can choose from five radio stations or programs being shown on 14 television screens.

    A 3,200-square-foot multipurpose room with a soundproof wall can be used for aerobics, dance, kickboxing, ballet and yoga classes. It can be divided into two rooms.

    Free demo classes (yoga, XFactor, pilates, etc.) are offered at the beginning of each semester.
