Original-Q, Your Rotisserie
Even if you have never used one, you've probably heard of a rotisserie. It is the electric powered spit that skewers your pig, chicken or roast. Whatever your are cooking is then slowly turned over the fire by this motor so that all sides are cooked evenly.
It's the same thing that happened to old style ice cream freezers. If you don't remember hand cranking an ice cream freezer, maybe you remember sitting on top of one while your dad cranked it.
The electric freezer did away with the hand cranking. The rotisserie did away with manually moving the meat around so it would cook evenly. That's also what Original-Q will do.
