Susan Greskevitch is a Pilates teacher with over 20 years of experience in the field of movement education, physical conditioning and corrective exercise. She’s known for articulate, motivating, and refreshing mind-body sessions that result in better strength, alignment, balance, and mobility.
Susan holds a BFA from the University of Toronto, advanced Pilates certification from the Physicalmind Institute, and certificates in Post Rehabilitation Conditioning from the American Academy of Health and Fitness Professionals and Personal Training from the American Council on Exercise. Susan is certified as an Official Provider of Pilates Teacher Training courses with the international Physicalmind Institute and she’s trained over 100 teachers in mat and equipment pilates. She also develops her own continuing education workshops for Pilates professionals, including, “Moving Toward Balance: A Pilates Approach to Scoliosis” which she presented with physiotherapist Chantal Dion as faculty members of Balanced Body’s Pilates on Tour. Susan spends her free time kayaking, hiking, birdwatching, and doing Pilates.
