When our founder and green bean buyer, Andy was in Kenya earlier this year, he cupped hundreds of different coffees from each region, but he also had a chance to try this N39 varietal from the neighbouring country of Tanzania.
This coffee comes from a mill under the management of C Dorman Ltd, a well-known local exporter of specialty Kenyan coffee. As industry pioneers in sustainability and certification, they are committed to paying farmers the highest prices for their coffee cherries.
In the cup look for delicate flavours of orange blossom, stone fruits, walnut, and a creamy mouthfeel.
