Tom Kahle is an experienced healthcare finance and transactional lawyer who focuses his practice on the needs of mission-driven, not-for-profit healthcare providers. He has represented clients on all sides of affiliation and financing transactions, giving him insight and understanding of the ways in which opposing sides may view an issue. Clients frequently retain Tom after initial representation because of his knowledge of his clients' industries, as well as the corporate climates surrounding them.

Tom is ranked in the 2013 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business and has been named among The Best Lawyers in America© in the areas of both Corporate and Health Care Law. He is listed as one of Cincinnati's "Top 125 Leading Lawyers" by Cincy Magazine.
