Campus Ministry

Care for the Entire Person

Have you heard the term cura personalis? It’s not just another old Latin phrase here at SLU; it’s an expression that forms the core of how we nurture spiritual life in our community.

The words translate to "care for the entire person” and that idea guides the Department of Campus Ministry at Saint Louis University.

Visit us at the Eckelkamp Center for Campus Ministry on West Pine Mall, just west of the clock tower, to learn more about growing your faith, supporting social justice and integrating spirituality into your everyday life. Guided by the Catholic Church and the Society of Jesus, the Jesuits, SLU campus ministry welcomes and serves students of all religious backgrounds and traditions.

SLU's campus ministers provide individualized attention to your needs, respect your challenges and bring a thoughtful appreciation for everyone’s experiences and beliefs.

That’s what Ignatian spirituality is about.
