Ted Gaskamp, CFP®, CWS®, serves as Vice President, Portfolio Consulting, for Charles Schwab & Company and is located in Orlando, FL. Ted is responsible for leading Schwab Private Client for the East Coast and the United Kingdom. As a Private Client Executive, Ted leads regional Portfolio Consultant teams who provide customized portfolio and wealth management advice for high net worth clients served by the Financial Consultants in Schwab’s Branch Network. Ted has worked in the Financial Services industry for twenty years. He began his career in individual producer roles and over the last several years served in various leadership positions. Prior to joining Charles Schwab, Ted was with USAA for eleven years the last five years in the DC Metro area.
Ted graduated from Lamar University in Beaumont TX with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree and spent many years in manufacturing related to the oil field exploration and production.
Ted is married and has two adult children and 5 grandchildren. In his spare time Ted enjoys the Florida beaches and spending time with family.

Matthew Gibson is Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for Fidelity Personal Investing. Fidelity Personal Investing is a business that provides millions of individual investors with investment services such as retirement planning, college planning, estate planning strategies, retail brokerage & trading services, and cash management offerings. Personal Investing is a leading provider of offerings such as mutual funds, IRAs, ETFs, college savings plans, and much more.
Mr. Gibson assumed his current position in the National Sales division in 2016. He is currently responsible for developing and implementing sales and relationship strategies for Fidelity’s retail distribution channels. Mr. Gibson joined Fidelity in 1996 working in various sales and planning roles through 2006. In 2007 he joined the investor center leadership team in Washington D.C. and Philadelphia before assuming the Regional Sales Manager role for the New York/New Jersey market. As a Regional Sales Manager, Mr. Gibson led a team of Regional Planning & Brokerage Consultants responsible for assisting high net worth clients with investment and retirement planning.
Matt received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from West Virginia Wesleyan. He holds Series 7, 63, 66, 9, 10 and insurance licenses.

Kate Healy
Managing Director, Marketing

Kate Healy is the managing director of marketing for TD Ameritrade Institutional. In this role, she is responsible for the development of marketing strategies and the execution of programs to help increase awareness and deepen relationships with nearly 5,000 independent registered investment advisors (RIAs) who custody with TD Ameritrade Institutional. Healy oversees the growth of the TD Ameritrade Institutional brand, including the division’s website, social media, acquisition and advertising efforts.
Healy leads TD Ameritrade Institutional’s NextGen and Women’s Leadership Initiatives, which support the future of the profession through programs designed to raise visibility, provide support and resources to guide professional development of the next generation of advisors, including under-represented groups such as women and minorities. She is a member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion committee.
Healy joined TD Ameritrade in 2008, most recently serving as a director of marketing responsible for promoting the firm’s technology and investment products offerings, as well as supporting the firm’s advocacy and client loyalty efforts. Additionally, she was TD Ameritrade’s 2014 Impact Award winner for Diversity and Inclusiveness. Healy has spent more than 20 years in a variety of roles supporting the program development and marketing of financial and estate planning services in the financial planning industry.
She is a trustee for the Foundation for Financial Planning, a member of the Invest in Others board, and is a founding member of the CFP Board’s Women’s Initiative (WIN) Council and sits on the Center for Financial Planning’s Advisory Council. As an advocate for the industry, Healy was named to InvestmentNews’ inaugural “Women to Watch” in 2015, and to Investment Advisor magazine’s annual list of the 25 most influential people in the industry. Healy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers College and has completed the Securities Industry Institute program, sponsored by the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) at the Wharton School of Business.

Frank Kolimago

Frank Kolimago is a principal and head of Vanguard Personal Advisor Services®, which provides Vanguard clients with ongoing asset management and investment advice consultations with CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals.
Mr. Kolimago joined Vanguard in 1996 and has since served in a variety of roles. In 2000, he moved to Japan to assist in establishing and managing Vanguard’s Tokyo office. In 2003, Mr. Kolimago returned to the Institutional Division as a principal in Scottsdale, Arizona. He returned to the Malvern campus in 2008 to lead the teams that support institutional retirement plan clients across a variety of segments in both Malvern and Scottsdale. Most recently, Mr. Kolimago was the head of the combined Shared Services and Defined Benefit Services Group within Vanguard Institutional Investor Group.
Mr. Kolimago earned a B.S. in finance from Saint Joseph’s University and an M.B.A. from Villanova University. Before joining Vanguard, Mr. Kolimago was a vice president in the corporate banking division of PNC Bank, N.A.

Tracy B. Mazzoni
Head of Practice Management Development Program

Tracy Mazzoni is head of the Practice Management Development (PMD) program at Merrill Lynch. In this role she is responsible for the training and development of the next generation of Financial Advisors for Merrill Lynch’s U.S. Wealth Management group. She designs and implements strategic initiatives and programs to enhance the new financial advisor experience. In 2014, Ms. Mazzoni launched the newest sleeve of the training program, Team Financial Advisor (TFA). The TFA program was established to hire and develop new advisors to play specific functional roles within an advisory practice.
Prior to this role, Ms. Mazzoni was the PMD Manager and Sales Manager for the South Atlantic division based in Charlotte, NC. In addition, she also served as the Eastern Markets Lead overseeing six of eleven divisional PMD programs.
Ms. Mazzoni joined Merrill Lynch as a Registered Client Associate in 2003 in the Northern Virginia market. She transitioned into the Paths of Achievement (now PMD) advisor training program in 2007.
In the community, Ms. Mazzoni volunteers her time with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society where she currently serves as a Movement Ambassador and sits on the board for the Byrd Theatre Foundation.
Ms. Mazzoni graduated from the University of Virginia with degrees in Economics and International Relations. She and her husband, Darren, live in Richmond, Virginia.

Paul Shane has been in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting for over fifteen years, with experience managing University Relations, Professional Level, and Executive recruiting at a global level.
Paul is currently the Director of Field Recruiting for Northwestern Mutual, based in Milwaukee. He and his team helps to lead, empower, and support the field in their efforts to attract, recruit, and onboard interns and talent to Northwestern Mutual.
Prior to joining Northwestern, Paul spent three years with Eastman Chemical in Kingsport, Tennessee as the Global Lead of Talent Acquisition. He also has previous recruiting experience with KPMG LLP and Discover Financial Services.

Jennifer J. Westpfahl

Jennifer Westpfahl is an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley and Head of FAA Sourcing and Selection. Formerly, Jennifer was the Divisional Business Service Officer for the Eastern Division. She is Chair of the Women’s Employee Networking Group and a member of the National Diversity Council. Jennifer started her career as a sales assistant with Lincoln Investment in Charlottesville, Virginia. After working at New York Life as a Compliance Analyst in New York City, she joined Smith Barney’s Compliance Department in 2004. Jennifer was later promoted to Regional Control Administrator in Los Angeles where she also held the roles of Regional Risk Officer and Regional Business Service Officer.
Jennifer holds her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and her Executive MBA from Pepperdine University, where she was awarded the George Award for Outstanding Executive MBA Student. Jennifer served as the Chair of the Advisory Board for Back on My Feet’s Los Angeles Chapter, an organization that uses running to help those experiencing homelessness. Among other organizations, Jennifer is an advocate of the Yosemite Conservancy and 22Kills, an organization to increase awareness of Veteran suicide.
