The Neighbourhood Area

The report provides information on Neighbourhood Planning and its process. It summarises the consultation representations received in relation to the proposed Wootton Wawen Neighbourhood Plan and recommends designating the Neighbourhood Plan Area as submitted by Wootton Wawen Parish Council. This will enable the formal preparation of the Wootton Wawen Neighbourhood Plan.

This letter confirms that Stratford-on-Avon District Council Cabinet agreed, at a meeting on 16 June 2014, to designate the area shown on Map 1 below as the ‘Wootton Wawen Neighbourhood Area’ for the purposes of preparing a Neighbourhood Development Plan by Wootton Wawen Parish Council under section 61G(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended
