All orders £29.99 and above contain FREE shipping to anywhere in the UK! 

No weight restrictions, order £29.99 and your shipping costs will be absolutely free!

Available shipping options are:

Free 3-5 Working Days:

£3.29

DPD offer a 3-5 Working Days shipping service, where you will be texted on the morning that your order is due to arrive with an hour delivery slot. Click here for further information on DPD. Excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

Express 1-3 Working Days:

£5.99

This Express Shipping service means your order will be prioritized and will reach you within 1-3 working days. This will be FREE if you spend over £69. Excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.

Channel Islands:

£5.99 per 30kg parcel.

How do I return an item?

We have a new 30 day return policy so simply post the item back to us at: Marine Parade Trade 3 Marine Parade Eastbourne Eastsussex BN21 3DX 

If I’m not happy with a product, how do I return an item for a full refund?

If you are ever dissatisfied with any item for any reason whatsoever, you may return it back to us. We will reimburse you for the full value of the item. All we ask is that it is returned to us within 30 days of you receiving it and in its original/new condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. 

What do I do if I have been sent the wrong item?

All the parcels are carefully packed by our delivery team and then double checked but in the unlikely event you end up with a different item  email us on info@hawhaw.co.uk. Leave the parcel in the exact condition it arrived and post it back to us or we will arrange for collection with our courier. We will send you a new item immediately.

What do I do if my order has been stolen/missing or delivered faulty/damaged?

All items we send are fully insured. If in the unlikely event your order is delivered damaged/faulty, stolen or missing email us info@hawhaw.co.uk to inform us. 

If damaged please take photos of the parcel in the exact same condition it arrived to you in and email them back to us. We may require the items back, so please keep them until you hear back from us. If we do require the items we will organise for a courier to come and collect them at no extra charge.
