Existentialism: A Personalist Philosophy of History
Chapter
Abstract
I seek in this chapter to discover the way in which Berdyaev’s Existentialism fulfills a need in his philosophy of history. What relation does his Existentialism have to his doctrine of the “historical?” In this connection, we will have to study a Personalist doctrine which is inspired by religious thought and stems from certain philosophical currents.
