Kite Kamp 2014

Dear friends and fellow kite flyers,

As you may well know we have held over the past few years a Kite Kamp at Bishops Cleeve near Cheltenham always on the 4th weekend in July. It is with regret this year we have to announce our Kite Kamp will not take place.

Like a lot of other clubs at this present time we are finding it difficult to fund such events. It also doesn’t help seeing similar events being held over the same weekend which makes life difficult for the club to run such an event.

But do not despair; we will do our utmost to be back next year with our Kite Kamp. In the meantime we will be helping the local community, such as the cubs, Beavers, schools, the National Trust and Pudsey Bear to name but a few. So just look at our diary and if you want to help please just let us know, you will be welcomed with open arms.

In the mean time may we wish you happy kite flying and hope to see you soon somewhere in the UK.
