Master printmaker Anna Wong was born in 1930 and graduated from the Vancouver School of Art with a degree in creative printmaking. She studied Chinese brush painting in Hong Kong and continued on to study and teach at the Pratt Institute in New York. In the 1960's her original prints received several international prizes and in 1969 she was awarded a Canada Council grant. She has represented Canada in a number of print biennials including that of Ljubljana, Yugoslavia.

This exhibition features seven works by Wong from 1965-1982. The exhibition consists of etchings and serigraphs including
the unconventional cotton “poster” for her 1980 exhibition Printed Quilts at J. Fields Gallery, NYC.
