Randy Crawford's SA farewell concert cancelled due to medical setback

The Farewell South Africa, with love Randy Crawford has been cancelled.

The US jazz and R&B singer was due to perform in Cape Town and Pretoria in October but has had to drop her tour to the country because of a medical setback.

Publicist at Big Concerts Dione Mudie says ticket purchases made via Computicket’s website and call centre will automatically be refunded in full to the credit card used for the purchase.

She says fans who bought tickets in-store will need to go to their nearest Computicket, Shoprite or Checkers outlet to process their full cancellation.

Unfortunately Ms Crawford was hospitalised earlier this week and unfortunately suffered a stroke. We found out late yesterday afternoon that she is going to have to have quite a bit of rehabilitation going forward so we had to cancel the tour.
