All correspondence sent to the Mayor and all City employees are public records, subject to public disclosure requirements under state law (Public Records Act, RCW 42.56). Any correspondence sent to the Mayor (by any means, including e-mail) by any member of the public will be disclosed to any person who
makes a request, unless exempt from disclosure under state law.
