(Clara) Lobregat Balaguer (Manila, 1980) is an artist and publisher interested in the decolonization of cultural production through the lens of the vernacular. She founded The Office of Culture and Design in 2010, a platform for social practice research, residencies, and projects in the Philippines. She explores collaborative authorship and clandestine publishing through Hardworking Goodlooking, an imprint co-founded in 2013 with graphic designer Kristian Henson. She has exhibited and lectured at Walker Art Center, Harvard GSD, MIT, MoMA PS1, Asia Culture Center, and Singapore Art Museum.
