    Fewer than 1% of those killed in the Syrian conflict have been killed using chemical weapons. So limiting the regime’s use of these weapons has never been sufficient says .

    Hof speaking says he brought Syria proposal to White House, they were interested but didn’t know who to contact in Iran because FM Zarif told Kerry he’s not interested in Syria file. Hof got them contacts to communicate w in Iran, but people at top in US nixed it
