The Arizona Community Foundation develops solutions and promotes innovation across a broad array of issue areas including education, health, community development, the environment, and arts and culture.

We work to expand philanthropy, harnessing the collective generosity of Arizonans to advance public will and create a better quality of life for all.

Because we feel a responsibility in leading the conversation about significant issues, the Arizona Community Foundation has invested in research projects to uncover facts related to the concerns that are most important to Arizona communities. Among the projects funded by ACF are:

• Beyond the Bottom Line: The Economic and Social Value of Arizona Nonprofits, which examines the social return on investment for charitable giving in Arizona.
• Arizona Nonprofits: Economic Power, Positive Impact, which reveals the sizeable contribution that Arizona's large and diverse nonprofit sector makes to everyday life and to the prosperity of our state
• Arizona State Funding Project: Addressing the Teacher Labor Market, which identifies the challenges that we collectively face when considering ways to improve the public education system.
• Arizona's Invisible Achievement Gap, a collaborative probe into Arizona students in foster care persistently underperforming academically compared to their other classmates
