Search Legislation

The Keyword or Advanced Search provides information on items appearing before the Board of County Commissioners from June 1996 forward. These pages allow searches on various items and display the complete history of the item, including the full text, if available.

Board of County Commission's Agendas

Agendas are available from June 1996 to present. Both Committee and Board meetings are available four business days prior to a meeting. The agendas are current and include any additions, updates or withdrawals as they are entered.

Board of County Commissioners Minutes

Minutes are also available from June 1996 to present. Both Committee and Board meeting minutes are generally available in draft format 2-3 days following the meeting.

Legislative Reports

Legislative Reports are provided based on Legislative Items and actions taken on the items from June 18,1996 to present. Meeting Attendance, Matter Sponsored, Voting Record and Legislative Index reports are available.

Online Lobbyist Registration

Lobbyists and Principals can create an account, update their profile information and receive periodic updates about training and lobbying within Miami-Dade County. Board Directives Database

This database can be used to search for Board of County Commission directives and assignments.

Administrative / Implementing Orders

Administrative Orders (AO) establish operating methods, administrative procedures, and/or delineates organizational responsibilities for identified procedures. Administrative Orders relate to these responsibilities and are under the authority of the Mayor. Implementing Orders (IO) establish specific Board of County Commissioner legislation or policies that fall under their authority, including fees departments charged to the public. Implementing Orders are submitted to the Board of County Commissioners for their action to accept, amend, or reject.
