What you are looking at is the rather minimalist web-page of a small computer cluster that provides network services for various interesting and promising communication systems.

The purpose of this cluster is to contribute to a crypto-anarchist reformation of our society by 1) helping with cultivating systems where the intelligence sits at the edge nodes rather than in the center of the network, 2) to make the communication between peers as difficult as possible to monitor or surveil, and 3) to provide free anonymized access to the vanilla internets by hosting an exit-node.

Currently 100Mbit/s is dedicated to this. In the near future it will be upgraded to 1Gbit/s. ~75% of the capacity is used by the Tor exit-node.

Decentralized/distributed communication systems that no single authority can control are helpful for moving power from the few to the many. In the long term, this probably helps to decentralize the power structures of mankind overall. Being able to freely communicate with each other and to access information without any fear of reprecussions is also an important cornerstone for all healthy societies.

Random list of neat communication systems: Tor, I2P, ZeroNet, FreeNet, CJDNS, IPFS, et.c. The cluster probably relays traffic for most of these systems at any given time.
